In 2018, the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science (Ministerie OCW) allocated additional resources to the National Cultural Funds to address specific labor market challenges within the cultural sector. Stage Cultuur Inclusief is one of the initiatives supported by these additional resources. The Dutch Foundation for Literature serves as the secretary for the six National Culture Funds. 

The six public cultural funds of the Netherlands include: Performing Arts Fund NL, Creative Industries Fund NL, Mondriaan Fund, Netherlands Film Fund, Cultural Participation Fund, and the Dutch Foundation For Literature. 

The execution of this initiative has been entrusted to binoq atana, an agency specializing in diversity and inclusion within the cultural sector, with extensive experience in mediating and matching diverse talent.
